PLAN A – GOLD

Plan A Benefits:

  • Includes one precision air conditioning tune-up (spring/summer) and one heating tune-up (fall/winter) for a total of two per year.
  • Filter packages include a one year supply of filters; (12) pleated 1″ or (2) space guard/media or (2) E.A.C. cleaning. All filters delivered.
  • Guaranteed service within 24 hours.
  • Priority scheduling.
  • No labor charges on needed repair (up to 2 hours’ labor). Limited to one repair per year. You pay only for parts, refrigerant, and miscellaneous materials needed (excludes compressor and TXV valves).
  • Discounts on emergency service (never an overtime charge).
  • Discounts on system replacements for every year you remain an E.S.A customer.
  • Realize potential savings of $300-$800 or more per year.
  • Discounts on electrical repair.

PLAN B – SILVER

Plan B Benefits:

  • Includes one precision air conditioning tune-up (spring/summer) and one heating tune-up (fall/winter) for a total of two per year.
  • Guaranteed service within 24 hours.
  • Priority scheduling.
  • No diagnostic charge, limited to one repair call per year, during normal business hours.
  • Discounts on emergency service (never an overtime charge).
