HVAC, Ducting, Electrical, Generator
Background & Challenges
A leading provider of truck parts and components for heavy duty commercial trucks planned to expand warehousing and office space on an existing lot. The goal was to create additional storage and administrative areas to accommodate rising customer demand. Because this was a raw construction build, the project required a seamless integration of electrical infrastructure and an HVAC system from the ground up—without disrupting ongoing operations.
The client also needed a backup generator to ensure uninterrupted functionality in the event of power outages. By proactively installing these systems during construction, the company aimed to optimize both long-term performance and future scalability.
Work Performed

HVAC System Installation:
- Designed and installed a customized HVAC solution appropriate for both warehouse and office environments.
- Prioritized efficient airflow and temperature control across large open spaces and separate administrative areas.
Ducting:
- Designed and installed customized duct and vent systems to handle proper air flow throughout the warehouse and office environments

New & Expanded Electrical Service:
- Upgraded the facility’s main electrical service to support increased power demands.
- Ensured compliance with all local codes and safety regulations while planning for future growth in equipment usage.
Backup Generator Installation:
- Installed and configured a backup generator system to guarantee continuous power.
- Connected the generator to essential operations, including HVAC equipment and critical warehouse equipment, to maintain functionality during outages.
Wiring & Circuit Boxes (Pre-Wall Installation):
- Laid out the electrical infrastructure in the warehouse and office segments prior to the interior and exterior walls going up.
- Strategically placed circuit boxes to enable easy access for future maintenance and potential expansion.
Results & Benefits
Optimized Operational Efficiency:
A newly expanded electrical service and HVAC system reduces downtime and maintains comfortable working conditions
for staff.
Enhanced Power Reliability:
A robust backup generator setup safeguards business continuity, preventing costly
interruptions due to power failures.
Seamless Integration:
By incorporating the HVAC system, new electrical system and the backup generator
during the planning and construction phases, the project remained on schedule
and budget, with minimal risk of retrofitting expenses.

Conclusion
The expansion project underscores the importance of early-stage planning and comprehensive system integration in large-scale construction. Through expert installation of electrical infrastructure, HVAC
systems, and a backup generator, the facility is now positioned to handle current needs while being
flexible enough to accommodate future growth.
