A high-end HOA club house had an indoor pool for residents with continual issues due to high humidity levels in the pool house. High humidity affected the comfort level of the patrons.
By installing these systems, the homeowner’s association aimed to optimize both guest comfort and long-term performance to preserve the building’s integrity.

Dehumidification System:
- Designed and installed a customized dehumidification solution appropriate for both pool and clubhouse environment
- Prioritized efficient airflow and humidity control across large open spaces and separate indoor areas
- 3rd party inspection and certification of the system installation
Ducting
- Designed and installed customized duct system to handle proper air flow throughout the pool and clubhouse environments
